Canned Tuna Cakes

Ingredients:

2 cans tuna (5 oz), drained well
2 green onion, chopped
1/2 celery stalk, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/2 cup panko or bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 large egg
salt
black pepper
